Former Employee1.4Jul 11, 2024Company was solid until Private Equity took control and tried to marry 4 incompatible payments and accounts receivable automation companies. Poor leadership, dwindling customer service, and punishing top sales performers by taking away incentives.

Former Employee2.9Sep 1, 2023VersaPay had good people overall and the CEO was competent, kind and determined. Compensation was pretty poor for the SDR team though, and overall it felt like the SDRs weren't a respected team. Unrealistic quota, poor training. Things may have changed by now.
