As of recently, the company trejectory has shifted from focus on our existing base, to new, while being acosted for not having the time to manage our existing base. There is no medium in between, and its getting difficult to push new logos when existing is eating up all my time

Good company but high quota to obtain goals. Lots to manage with having two stores under your control and own sales goals to obtain. I drive 10 hours a week leaving me with 30 hours to manage meetings, customer appointments, and store representatives.

Overall good but EMEA strategy in less define than in US. Lots of over complex processes to navigate when trying to get anything done. Lots of support and freedom to be creative during the sales process.
