Quota is set by finance and not always based on market opportunity making quota attainment difficult. Manager bonuses have been almost non existent in the last 4 years. However Vericast recently sold part of its media and marketing division to RRD leading many to believe Aquisition attraction may have been a primary factor in previous payout plans being on the lower end.

Vericast print and digital just got acquired by RRD. Future state of the business is unknown. Goal is to move forward uninterrupted, plus have more cross sell opportunity with legacy RRD print business.

Company introduced decelerators in 2022-deducting commission earned off of products for lower product tiers not sold due to customer lack of interest. Completely deteriorated sales culture.
