Leadership is a disaster, there are so many changes every quarter it is hard to build pipeline and make money when your territory constantly changes and your focus Is pointed to so many different things every other quarter.

Very strong company culture and the leadership is caring. AppSec is a hard market but very rewarding in knowledge and sometimes earnings.

The culture prior to executive shuffle was amazing. It seems to be losing it self to the corporate/PE world. Things feel weird. I think we need strong CEO leadership with a great vision. Great COO for execution. Great Marketing and Sales leadership. Great CTO/CPO and this company can take off again.
