Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was negative. They touted during the interview process a hybrid role but you were expected to be in the office everyday at 9am. They didn’t seem open to new ideas from the same employees they hired for their experience and ideas. Felt completely disrespected from almost the first day from the peers on my own team. It wasn’t a great fit for me as it felt more like an entry level role where they wanted to micromanage and mold you into everything being their way instead of letting your strengths and experiences speak for themselves. I was eager to help a company grow and saw the potential during the interview process but my high hopes quickly diminished the first week on the job.
