Enablement for CSMs is non-existent, so you are typically on your own with creating content/decks, learning the CSM sales process through trial and error (as there is little to no training, or it's been outdated but there are no new enablement sessions to keep everyone aligned).
Team culture is a large reason why it's been such a good time at Vena - you truly work with your team, and everyone is willing to help. Leaders are also really nice, but I think you sometimes need to "play the game".
Some people are promoted, and others are not, and the reasons are not always clear or the bar can move and promotions can feel subjective.
Comp is also pretty good for the market, but there are times where it will feel like they cheat you a bit. Browse Other Reviews
