When the new leadership regime came in about 2 years ago, things have slowly deteriorated to the point where it is now a toxic environment. i would NOT recommend anyone to come work for Veeam in a Sales or Channel role as there is ridiculous amount of micromanagement, unrealistic goals and leadership who just does not understand the marketplace or where Veeam fits.

Awesome place to get your foot in the "IT Sales" door and pivot to another IT vendor or VAR for more money. Boomerang reps come back all the time, but I've seen many IT careers catapulted from Veeam's Renewal > Sales Org.

Nice experience overall. The only disadvantage is that LATAM team is contractor.
