Good Sales Org. Company overall struggles with identity in the space. Local leaders seem capable only of regurgitating top fed information. Comp plan is solid. If you're experienced and capable of figuring out the sales process and the CRM without assistance it's a good fit.

My overall experience was not great. Could have used more training for the role and it is a difficult role especially at the start. The pay can be good though.
