My team was terrific but upper management was not able to execute on their goals and so they eliminated 50% of the staff

Great company, but the pay structure is lacking. If you are in a low funded education state expect very minimal sales.

They are always hiring for sales reps. It's a churn and burn operation. Product is pretty good and easy to sale though. But the quotas and time commitment will burn you out eventually.
