Company has a great product market fit and great image inside of the industry. However, this organization is not a sales lead organization yet. Sales leadership is doing good things to move the ship in the right direction.

My overall experience was mixed. There were some pretty glaring problems within the sales org that were not being addressed. Reps were being blamed/pressured and leadership was not taking accountability or addressing the issues. It had become pretty toxic when I left.
