My Overall Experience was great until it wasn't great. The REI boom was very exciting and the limitations for OTE was uncapped. Until the budget cuts started to happening. Resulting into a company going from 340 people to what is now 90 employees. Company played "Favorites" based on not the quality of work but based on the relationship they had.
