Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My Overall Experience was great until it wasn't great. The REI boom was very exciting and the limitations for OTE was uncapped. Until the budget cuts started to happening. Resulting into a company going from 340 people to what is now 90 employees. Company played "Favorites" based on not the quality of work but based on the relationship they had. A restructure of the company is needed from Leadership down. Especially on the sales side. Worst "leader" was the VP of Sales who ultimately unmotivated and discouraged his employees.
