My overall experience with Upkeep was not great. Compensation was less than the market average, upward mobility was very limited, and quotas were completely unattainable.

Great place to work for culture and leadership. Good growth opportunited but not much in the way of compensation with this organization. A ton of lead flow, but a large SDR team keeps most everyone from hitting quota regularly.

Great team and people. The sales comp is way below market value and quota attainment was abysmal.

Upkeep is really a great company to work for. Although the company is going through a leadership change at the moment the future of Upkeep is promising!
