Culture at UpKeep

I recently began the amazing, and truly challenging journey of pursuing my MBA at USC Marshall School of Business, while working full-time. Overwhelmed with making both classes, a client dinner, and finishing the Q strong, I spoke with my team about this dilemma. My boss, colleague, and CEO all took my client out to dinner, and as a result, a beautiful partnership was established. This is what a team is, and I could not be happier with my awesome workplace.

UpKeep does a great job of asking for feedback, listening to, and acting on that feedback, both internally with employees and externally with customers. It's an easy thing to do in theory, but hard to do in practice for most startups and UpKeep has done a good job of staying nimble and making the right pivots at the right time to drive the best outcomes for their employees and customers.

I joined UpKeep because their mission and vision perfectly aligned with mine. I wanted to be a part of the growth of the larger team and work amongst talented people that give their best effort every day. I love our collaborative culture, the constant innovation, and our dedicated approach to consistently being a market leader. I feel like I am a part of something much bigger with UpKeep, and our team not only supports each other from a career standpoint but in our personal endeavors as well.
