My overall experience was very positive. The org is a great stepping stone to get “at-bats” and really develop as a sales person. The company is now doing high growth and whenever that happens, it’s important to be mindful of how practical it will be to hit your number and make money.

Leadership is phenomenal and UpGuard is a sales-first organization. Competition in the market has gotten tighter, but UpGuard delivers a unique value prop. Compensation is on the low end, but you are consistently giving 5-10 demos/week booked by inbound or SDRs to feed pipeline.
