Uber sucks they do not care for you unless your a lesser human the managers do nothing all day other than sit on meetings no support or growth.

The product fit for the market was always a little tricky. When I understood fully what was 'happening', it seemed like it was much less than a 'sale' vs just recategorizing revenue stream. All my prior years of solution selling felt nearly non-applicable. It's not the right type of sales role for just anybody.

Overall experience was poor. Do not recommend. Impossible to hit OTE. Base salary was a joke. Not a livable wage in any major US city. 10% of team hit attainment. Please steer clear of this role
