It used to be a really nice and good compensation plan. But after some acquisition it changed and the leadership was not really clear about the direction. Other than that I had an amazing time at Twilio.

Overall twilio is a good company, but is dealing with post COVID/free money reset. This acted as a large accelerant to the business, and now the company has doubled down on profitability. This has dramatically changed the culture and overall outlook of the GTM org.

Incredibly fun team to work with. The people that work at Twilio are awesome people. The market fit is hard to sell to, and our comp structure is like navigating through fog.
