A real good experience at twilio. Good opportunity to make good money. Commission plans changed constantly and we're nearly impossible to interpret. Add to that, your commission payout was not based on Deal size but how accurately you projected the customers usage of the amount that they committed. Very complex.

Incredibly fun team to work with. The people that work at Twilio are awesome people. The market fit is hard to sell to, and our comp structure is like navigating through fog.

Twilio is not on the right path. Awful market fit, and had a hard time selling an overpriced product that you had to build yourself.
