Commission is often payed out inaccurately and it is up to employees to correct it. Managers do their best but leadership does not provide them with enough support. Total lack of transparency and a lot of false promises, no clear pathway to a promotion.

High attrition of staff and clients leads to instability and a sense of fear in the office. Ended up laying most people off after I left.
