Tricentis will be the story of poor leadership and how not to execute. Most employees are looking elsewhere for opportunities. Management leads with fear and puts their energy into things that won't make you money. Products are starting to lag behind the market and frequently cost double the competition. Kevin Thompson the CEO is running the organization in the ground.

Great product protfolio which has been spoilt by a core network of leaders that believe they can cookie cut a sales process from an entirely different organisation.

Company has no structure. They have a new plan every 3 months and never allow time to implement any changes. No culture at all… Upper management has no clue what they are doing and drag everyone along. Some Colleagues are fine though …
