TU is facing challenges in integrating Neustar Marketing Solutions into its traditional credit offerings. The marketing landscape is highly competitive, and TU is falling behind in leadership, go-to-market strategy, and crafting a compelling narrative. Despite numerous changes, progress has been minimal, and the expectation of improvement continually seems to slip away. Significant financial investment has been made, but the results are lacking.

TransUnion is a great company to work for. The culture realy is great, however, the career progression opportunities, training and pay is lacking. The leadership is supportive, but not always the most intelligent.
