This organization has had multiple layoffs within the past year simply because the board expects more than the company and product can produce. This would be a great company to work for if the board would be better aligned with realistic expectations of the market.

The company is grossly mismanaged, from executives down to management. Working at Trace is liking working in the wild west. Zero guidance and favoritism towards in house reps.. it is just all too obvious. They treat the company like a boiler room and pressure sell every client.
