As a closer you’ll be spending 1-3 hours trying to close a deal down for 200-1000$. Better sales job in terms of pay. However great leadership and the people are fantastic coaches

There is a low incentive to grow in the company with the lack of an internal job board and only being hand selected if you had a good relationship with someone in management.
