Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Horrible place to work. Recruiters lie during every interview about commission structure, growth opportunities, and encourage you to lie to the new-highers when they shadow you during the interview process. This leads to a roughly 90% turn over rate.
Once you grow your book of business, they find an excuse to get rid of you and give all your hard work building that book of business, to people who have been there longer. This is due to the managers being financially incentivized via 4 figure, quarterly bonuses, that are only attained by their Account Executive's year over year growth. So most AEs are replaced within a year, making office culture miserable.
You work 9 hour days and are told to each lunch at your desk. Multiple lawsuits have been filed, and won, against TQL due to employee underpay and mistreatment.
