I think the compensation is the biggest downside and it can be hard to feel motivated longterm. Great direct manager but upper management is not transparent or in touch

Lots of people quit, always hiring for that reason. Would not recommend due to product market fit. Savings are misleading and not the best, hard to sign people up when they notice that. Sketch practices to make customer blind till they sign up and realize lack of savings.

The product? Fantastic. The culture? Mixed bag. The company wants results more than anything- so while roles that are focused on sustainability and growth (ops, onboarding, etc) have the ability to utilize benefits. my overall experience was fairly decent. It is a good place for somebody to get some more experience cold calling in the early stages of your career. Not a long term fit
