Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Where to begin? Well their chosen CEO came from marketing, and has zero experience in running a company but that’s not even the main issue.
The BIGGEST red flag is the director of sales. This person has disclosed confidential company information to favored employees, discriminated against women, and sexually harassed various men. They have successfully schemed to get multiple women (ONLY WOMEN) fired, and verbatim said (at a company event) “I don’t like girls.”
So, if you’re considering a role in sales, please be very cautious. I can't believe I'm saying this in 2024, but you risk being targeted or harassed based on your gender.
I’m not exaggerating—it’s genuinely alarming. Had I not left on mutual terms, I would have sought legal action.
As for pay, it’s acceptable for an SDR, but for senior positions, it's unreasonably low. I only realized how under-market it was after interviewing for other companies.
Regarding structure, there is none. The only consistent thing I saw was leadership throwing anything at the wall and hoping it sticks. It didn't. So any leaders who actually knew anything left.
The only silver lining? You’ll meet some great coworkers. But unfortunately, that’s not enough to recommend this place.
