Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Tom James is a rewarding, but extremely hard job. The first 3 months consist of mostly online training with 2 days a week in the field. After 3 months you are let loose. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to client/account management, you do everything. As a custom clothing tailor, your product is niche and expensive (ideal client earns 300k+ annually). You will be prospecting the top 5% earners in your city. The base pay for a medium sized city is 40k first year. The base pay also decreases $500 every 4 months starting after training (3 months). The executive leadership is awesome and are genuinely good people that want the best for each individual. The local office leadership varies by area. I experienced strong leadership with an emphasis on hitting quotas/goals/profit (I’ve heard other offices are different). If you’re willing to grind nonstop, and build a lasting career, this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a high base and you have experience, turn and run.
TLDR: great starter job that gives great sales experience. Low base high commission. Job very dependent on your personality and how willing you are to grind.
