Current Employee Undeniably the market leader in restaurant management platforms, in a highly competitive market. It's a complex sale to a generally uneducated customer base (smb). Restaurant operations experience is a plus. If you can get past the first year and stay in the same territory, money can be great, but things are changing.
Exepct to have managers micro manage everything you do, and push you to choose work over everything else. Monthly quotas that have been raised to the point of being difficult to attain means every end-of-month is a scramble to get deals. Customer support is not great so expect to handle customer calls amd texts .
