Toast is a fantastic product. Culture at Toast is also great. Base compensation is poor and role is extremely TAM dependent. AE's are also doing a lot of account management and picking up the slack for support on almost a daily basis. Comp plans are good but it takes a long time to get ramped. Only get paid when restaurants go live on the platform, from that day it can take up to three months to see the payout from that deal.
