Overall toast has been good. Base compensation is ok. But you can make up for it with commissions. Quotas have gone up significantly over the last 2 years.

Great company! The quotas are steep but not impossible. You definitely need to be ready to hustle, but we're selling a fantastic product that is having a massive impact in this industry!

It is a good company to start with but with its compensation structure it can take a long time to earn money and depending on your TAM it can take even longer based on how well the restaurants are doing in that area
