Tigera is a conservative organization financially which is a net positive but leads to low base salary, but the upside is available if you close deals. The comp plan is very straightforward, it's achievable and has upside to motivate you as a rep. I also came in from an inside role so it was somewhat of a 'prove-it' contract to begin with.
They have some of the best customer logos you will see at a startup but the volume can be a little low. High-upside strategic deals with a large territory.
