Former Employee4.0May 20, 2024The majority of my time at Thermo was wonderful. The targets were ambitious but achievable, training and support were excellent. New leadership in the division made significant changes to the commission structure and territories which negatively impacted sales reps resulting in high attrition rate. This was a few years ago but, overall it is a great organization.

Expected to travel 80% of time with 10+ state/4000+ accounts with no support for customers during out-of-state travel.
