The majority of my time at Thermo was wonderful. The targets were ambitious but achievable, training and support were excellent. New leadership in the division made significant changes to the commission structure and territories which negatively impacted sales reps resulting in high attrition rate. This was a few years ago but, overall it is a great organization.

I like the product and I like the people I worked with internally (not manager). We are competitive and offer novel solutions, but leadership is a mess.

Good place to start in scientific sales, but the company does very little to develop reps. Training is essentially nonexistent. The company shots their absolute best to ensure that reps are not compensated for the products they sell.
