The majority of my time at Thermo was wonderful. The targets were ambitious but achievable, training and support were excellent. New leadership in the division made significant changes to the commission structure and territories which negatively impacted sales reps resulting in high attrition rate. This was a few years ago but, overall it is a great organization.

Experience is just okay. Small fish in a big pond experience. There does seem to be some mobility within the company though.
