Great benefits- strong company and outlook. The incentive plan was very confusing and but it has been a tough market in bio-tech the past few years.

My overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. I started as inside sales right after finishing college. They took a lot of time to develop us professionally while preparing us for field sales. I also had many opportunities to interview and apply for positions within my division as well as other divisions.

Mid work environment managed by slackjawed boomers with no grasp for manners or technology who rely on the monopoly of the company to sell products passively.
