My overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. I started as inside sales right after finishing college. They took a lot of time to develop us professionally while preparing us for field sales. I also had many opportunities to interview and apply for positions within my division as well as other divisions.

I was in sales over 7 years. It was great before COVID. Once the pandemic hit, the leadership goals changed and the ability to hit quota changed drastically. This continues through 2023, while I watch great reps leave as they are not being appreciated for the value they bring.
