Great culture and diversity, but they definitely need to improve on their compensation for reps both pre and post sale.

overall its a decent place to work - base comp is embarrassingly low and not competitive at all - and commission structure changes often so don't really know what you can expect to make. a lot of changes going on in upper management so feels a bit uneasy currently.

When I first started working there I adored it. Best job I'd ever had. Culture was great, teams were great... the product was cared about and they were working on getting it better.
