Company is extremely strict on "quality" so they micromanage your sales process. Not a true sales environment, churn and burn inbound leads. 100 sales per month to hit goal average. Not a lot of upward or lateral mobility unless you play the company games. Decent benefits like health insurance and 401k and PTO
