It’s very challenging to make quota at Templafy. If you are a Strategic Account Managers expanding accounts you have a great opportunity to do well. Enterprise is a big challenge and few if any attain quota. The product is fantastic, but not a necessity.

In 2 years, not 1 enterprise or regular AE hit their quota. The strategic team, who solely works on existing business upsells, hits their number. It is near impossible to obtain NN logos. Most people closed less than 3 deals a year. Last year, the entire AE team hit less than 40% of their targets.
