This company is great right out of college but if you do not see upward movement within 18 months take that as your hint to get out. There is no reward for hard work or taking on leadership within your team. The only way to make moves in this company is to suck up to higher ups or know someone. There is no compensation reward for hard work either- your pay is what you get. The company is tanking and the rep level can feel it. Used to have trucks and gas card but that is all being taken away. Overall the company has potential but there are many many issues that need to be resolved but instead seem to be getting worst.

TTI was a great company. One thing they need to focus on is their value to their employees and circumstances that happen with life. Maybe adjust the policies to show grace for employees during unforeseen circumstances.

It is an entry level role into sales and marketing. You really need to be able to go above and beyond to even think about being promoted, but the incentive to try your best has been decreasing as the company has been struggling to fulfill their promises to tenured reps.
