Very large company, each team will be different. The product you sell will influence your ability to get your bonus 80-90% As a sales rep, little incentive to do more than bare minimum.

Legacy Synnex was a very good company to work for. After the TD merger, leadership completely disincentivized success, reduced and capped incentives, and increased goals to unattainable levels. All high performers have left or are on their way out. Stay away from this company.

My overall experience was a good steppingstone into a sales career, especially into an IT sales career. Known for being a safe role, but not great for being compensated for above and beyond performance.

Since the merger the experience went 180 degrees. It went from being a company I was willing to put 20+ years to a company I look forward to leaving.
