The sales team has been fully let go 3x (18 reps in 2 years), the worst leadership, but strong inbound leads. The product does not meet the need of the industry, but easier to sell at lower $ amounts >35k. Very toxic work culture, but base pay is good.

Horrible company culture and their “new” product release doesn’t exist. It’s not a company that will be around much longer.
