Going from sale to install is the toughest aspect of the process. The operations and install team are disorganized which leads to cancelled projects from the customers, which then eats away from your commission

Commission based role, where all leads are outbound. Very good compensation if you’re willing to go out and knock doors. Great entry point into sales if you’re willing to put in the work.

First year was great, lately as market stiffens things have become way worse. layoffs, restructured commissions, less budget for incentives, etc
