They are struggling to deal with record high interest rates. Not many want to spend 20K and or have another bill. Companies don't know how to handle the ebb and flow of interest in this market and they are really hurting themselves and their employees because of it.

The company was good early in it's sales life. The problem is they sold of the manufacturing arm, and essentially became an elaborate middle man. They were clearly not prepared for this, and the entire company has now failed. Sales development was near 0, compensation was never clear
