Current Employee2.3May 16, 2024Bit of a sinking ship. Base/incentive comp was good until market started dipping mid 2022. Laid off most of the company. Restructured comp. No differentiation from other companies finding distressed assets. Quotas are very high and commissions are capped. Much better opportunities out there.
