Bit of a sinking ship. Base/incentive comp was good until market started dipping mid 2022. Laid off most of the company. Restructured comp. No differentiation from other companies finding distressed assets. Quotas are very high and commissions are capped. Much better opportunities out there.

When I first started there they were in growth mode. It was a lot of fun to grow at call costs until their business model hit a call when the market shifted and then had to cut more that 60% of the company.
