Great leadership, and support for incoming reps to have the resources to find success. Product is lacking and not the most competitive with today's biggest players in the POS space. If you can perform at a high level like any sales job this can be a great gig to have a lot of autonomy and control in work life balance. Sellers have to be really good at learning product and finding best fits to do so.

Anyone who works in sales knows that having a bad month is part of the job. My overall experience has been average it is a door to door sales job and have a great team backing you but as most startups and entering new uncharted territories there isn’t enough systems in place to make it easier
