My overall experience has been average it is a door to door sales job and have a great team backing you but as most startups and entering new uncharted territories there isn’t enough systems in place to make it easier

Base and OTE are low for work that is required. They need lots of improvement on POS if they want to compete. Only positive side is great team members.

This is a field sales role where you are out canvassing (with your own car) instead of traditional cold email, cold call. Can be challenging but also it’s nice to be outside rather than be stuck in office.
