Good product, smart technical people, very long sales cycles, boiler room culture, highly toxic prematurely promoted from within type middle management with limited experience running and empowering their teams. Read the real Glassdoor reviews (not the fake 5*s) and know that nothing has changed from a couple years ago despite the ‘we’re listening’ corporate replies.
