Sales leadership/management team has no idea what they are doing. Some managers have never been on a customer call. VP is behind the times and pretty clueless and useless, adds no value. All the good reps and technologists have left. Currently a sinking ship.

Lacking leadership with a vision. There is zero strategic support for sales people. No inbound leads or lead generation at all. Simple things like account assignments are turned into complex lengthy processes with no clear direction of your assignment.

Attracted people during COVID with well above-market base salaries for all roles and attractive OTE's. Quotas were literally doubled for the 2nd half of this fiscal year and all the talent bailed. <20% of reps will hit the 2H number.
