No pay for under 50% QUARTERLY quota (regardless of pace for annual attainment), if you exceed base pay during a quarter, company will pay you in installments, each payment being contingent upon your being a current employee. Accelerators are annual, and contingent upon you being still employed by the company. 10% loss for CRM hygiene.
